Mr.Noru ships orders to the continental United States via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Currently, we can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, A/F/DPO addresses or internationally. (We’re working on it) Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are experiencing some slight delays in processing certain orders. Don’t worry – our team is working hard to make sure your order is fulfilled as soon as possible.
Shipping time for most items is between 7-14 days. Due to the situation surrounding COVID-19 and the USPS, some orders may experience additional delays. If your order is experiencing delays we’ll send an email to the address on file.
Our flat rate shipping is standard speed, and we’ll group your order into as few packages as possible whenever we can. Mr.Noru can’t be responsible for damages or loss during the shipping process. We’ll provide tracking for packages in your order as this information becomes available. If you have any questions about your order status you can let us know with the form below or use the live chat feature.
Most orders ship for a flat rate of just $5! However, there are exceptions on certain items. These items may be heavy or bulky, like certain appliances and furniture, or require special handling, like food and certain electronics. Items with an additional shipping charge are marked accordingly in the item’s details.
Certain “C” class special shipment items are not added into subtotals when qualifying orders for “free shipping” promotions. Check the items details for more information.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address included along with your RMA number correspondence.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least eight (8) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal Care Items
- Face Masks
- Hand Sanitizers
- Food, Beverages and Snacks
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $150.00.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- On Demand, 3D Printed, and other customized items cannot be returned. No exceptions.
- Mr.Noru promotional items cannot be returned for any value with no exceptions.
